horrible customer service. Iranian food is amazing - but shandiz always makes it in the worst way possible - not fresh! the women customer service looks depressed - i think she should take a break.

the worst service I have ever seen waitress are very rude, especially the young girl...the food is not fresh at all

Shandiz is the best. Iranian food is the best. I am from Sweden and absolutely love Iranian food... everyone should try it... ur missing out

Absolutely the best food in Waterloo. Shandiz has some of the best kabobs in all of Southern Ontario at a very affordable price. The owners are super friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is well served. I've been going to Shandiz for over a year now, and I continue to return almost daily! I never get sick of it.
