well I am terrribly disappointed. I have been going to this place for several years now. Also, I have taken some courses at this facility. Today, a co-worker and I had a delightful meal and wanted to take a tea back to work on request by another co- worker as a treat. They refused any take- out. Funnily enough, every time I had been there in the past I could not finish my tea and got styrofoam soup containers to take home and enjoy. The staff refused to do this and was rather nasty about this.I have a hard thinking this but It probably was my last pot of tea.

I think this is one of the best Oriental restaurant in Waterloo. Nutritious menu, unique and great taste. I love the ambience and I highly recommend the tea house to everyone living in Waterloo/Kitchener region!!
