We visited the Duke last night (Thursday). It was very busy, but it was at least 15 minutes before someone even came over and asked if we wanted a drink.
We then ordered appetiziers and our main meal at the same time. We never did get the appetiziers, battered mushrooms only take 4 minutes to cook. The waiter did not seem to care very much and neither did the manager (Dennis). He said it was a simple mistake, and what do you want me to do about it. It's not up to the customer to do something about this, the Manager (I use that word loosely) should have done something about it. He defended the waiter - the last time I checked, the customer is always right. Apart from those two incidents, the food was good.
