Three friends, my husband and I went to Rude Native one night a few weeks ago. We sat outside and were greeted by a tall, bald and badly sunburnt waiter who gave no introduction of himself. We were not carded and all but two ordered drinks. Ten minutes later we still had no drinks. He took two food orders. 20 minutes now. Finally the drinks came out. 45 minutes into our time there I still hadn't received my food. I asked him, in a cute way not wanting to appear rude, if he forgot me. He asked me my order again and went to get it. He came back in about 10 minutes. Then he wanted to see our IDs. My husband questioned him about this and we were told to get the F out if we didn't like it. He took my plate of quesadillas with my hands still on it.
The manager was a ditzy brunette who was of absolutely no help. When she asked the server if he had a defense for himself he said NOPE and she did nothing.
We will NEVER go back to this or any other Rude Native and we have told our friends to do the same. They obviously don't know how to train their employees or keep them off of drugs. Never in my LIFE have I been sworn at and told to leave a restaurant. We were peaceful and pleasant, even when this slow-moving, aloof server wasn't. We were appalled.
