Love the food. With their renovations to the Kitchener site they unfortunately added a mandatory 10% tip, which the owner keeps!! That's dirty pool. Although a restaurant has a legal right to control what happens with all tips (it has always been this way, at least since I started eating out 15 years ago), it's really rude and poor customer service to DEMAND a tip that doesn't even go to the staff. Not a penny.
